Symphony in Greens

Ever since I was a teen and developed an interest in macro photography, I have been drawn to the intricacies of flowers. Such variety in form, design and color make me stand in awe of our Creator, who inspires me to capture some essence of the translucency and light of flower petals in my oil paintings. I am working on a series of these flower "portraits." Most of them are based on my photos of flowers grown in the South Florida tropical area where I spend much of my time.
