Life Force, Above the Flathead

On a hike through Glacier National Park, we came upon a footbridge that looked out over the rushing Flathead River, as it coursed between its forested banks. The contrast of the waters with the steely rocks and dark trees jumped out at me, and that contrast became the most significant element in my concentration on expressing the power of those natural forces.
