Oil on canvas. While getting ready to cook the beast, I set it on the counter still on the butcher’s paper, trying to decide how I best to proceed to do it justice! And then it hit me. Not only should I cook it to perfection, but I could also paint it’s portrait. So here it is. An unusual subject for sure.
