This year I was sick recovering for months in bed. My dog Zoey comforted me in bed as I looked out my bedroom windows each day. I decided to paint a painting from my actual life, and the beauty that gave me life, and took this photo as a photo reference. I painted this 2 months ago in oil on canvas in my studio.
